The “DD Cup” mode is the overdrive and fuzz setting with  the pedal’s switches in the up position. This position has increased decibel boost when increasing the volume knob.  The volume set to almost full and full setting depending on your guitar’s volume, tone, and pick ups settings can achieve overdriven and fuzz tones. Singing sustain, fuzz tones, and tube screamer esque tones can be unearthed.

Depending on the mode (Cup Size) chosen example pedals tones include Freddie King, Eric Clapton (i.e John Mayall and the Blues Breakers referenced “Beano Album”, David Gilmour (i.e. Pink Floyd and Solo projects), Mick Taylor (i.e Rolling Stones Get Yer Ya-Ya's Out!,) Carlos Santana,
